Amazing and very thorough work! John goes above and beyond and makes sure to check out every area possible on the property to ensure there are no hidden issues. John highlighted a significant issue with the house we were looking at, meaning we could back out of the purchase and avoid significant cost to rectify. Punctual - Building inspector arrived on site before time to prepare himself.Good Quality - managed to catch even little details that were missed and went extra mile to check the house.He also discussed the issues on site which helped a lot as discussion is always better to understand than a pdf file.I would recommend House Inspections Ltd.
